Project Manager

A Project Manager role in the CTO Office of a fintech company, where themes spanning the whole engineering organization — AI utilization, security, technical standards, development productivity and global development structure — are growing in importance. The CTO Office translates company-wide technical strategy into executable projects and drives them, working with the CTO/CxOs, VPoX, development organizations, the CISO Office, design, business and overseas bases. Because these efforts span many stakeholders and mix technical, organizational and business considerations with shifting priorities, the role leads consistently from problem-setting through consensus-building, planning, execution management, risk management and stakeholder communication. Main missions include launching, planning, driving and embedding cross-cutting projects; aligning stakeholders across departments and job types; project management of key themes (AI adoption, security, technical standards, development productivity, global organization); and smooth communication in both Japanese and English with domestic and overseas engineers, management and business. Specific work includes company-wide AI-promotion project management and security/governance-improvement projects. Based in Tamachi, Tokyo. Full-time.
