Risk Manager, WWOS Resilience

Within the Resilience Pillar of WWOS Risk & Resilience, this role owns workstreams for continuity, contingency planning, disruption response, crisis coordination, and governance. It partners with GSOC, Customer Experience, Line Haul, Last Mile, Fulfillment, and regional operations.

It coordinates multi-site disruptions, Risk Working Group escalations, and Crisis Management Team activations; develops policies, reviews procedures, writes SOPs, and maintains resilience frameworks and playbooks. During events, it supports GSOC with coordination and stakeholder communication; afterward, it validates plans, closes improvement actions, and prepares data-driven briefings on disruption performance and risk posture.

Required qualifications include 4+ years in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk or loss prevention, or equivalent work; 3+ years managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment; and a bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field. Candidates also need knowledge of retail food codes and grocery regulations, experience handling confidential information, and experience with local food safety regulators.
