This sales role uses healthcare data to understand client challenges and propose suitable combinations of consulting services and products. Responsibilities include consulting sales for pharmaceutical companies, solution proposals for life insurers, planning and proposing services to health insurance associations and municipalities, proposals for corporate wellbeing management, DX support and management consulting for medical institutions, and developing new business areas.

The position supports a healthcare data business that works with health insurance association, municipal, electronic medical record, DPC, and prescription claim data. The business provides information services for healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, insurers, and medical institutions. Its products and services include consulting, analysis, DX support, and the Pep Up personal health record service. The work also involves real-world data and the use of data to improve health literacy and healthcare resource allocation.

Applicants must have corporate sales experience for B2B or B2B2C services and be able to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders. Enterprise sales experience, healthcare industry experience, and sales experience involving IT, SaaS, or intangible products are welcomed. The role is intended for someone who can work positively in an environment with substantial change and balance social significance with business growth.

This is a full-time regular employee position in Tokyo at 2-5-5 Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The probationary period is three months from the joining date and may be extended by up to three additional months when the company considers it necessary, with the same conditions during the period.

The stated retirement age is 65.
