About this role

This is the first sales planning position for the ProOne business. The role starts by understanding current conditions and organizing issues, then setting priorities and direction with the responsible manager. Responsibilities include visualizing and standardizing sales processes and flows, analyzing current operations, using SFA/CRM to design KPIs, managing forecasts against results, preparing reports, improving reporting flows, and automating data-entry work. The role also plans and executes sales enablement initiatives, optimizes target lists and strategic outreach, develops data-supported sales initiatives, supports the launch of a partner-sales strategy, and designs programs and initiatives to improve engagement. The scope of duties may change to duties designated by the company.

Required qualifications include approximately three or more years of corporate sales experience, particularly consultative sales involving customer-issue discovery and solution proposals. Basic PC skills are required, including Excel data aggregation using VLOOKUP and pivot tables and PowerPoint preparation of planning and proposal materials. Preferred experience includes intangible products, the IT or SaaS industry, sales planning or sales operations, self-directed process improvement, improving reporting flows or automating data entry, improving sales results through SFA/CRM such as Salesforce, and creating plans or proposals based on data analysis.

ProOne is a vertical SaaS product for the short-term construction market. It provides functions for sales, construction management, and back-office operations, and allows customers to customize operations within the SaaS without requiring individual custom development. The role works with the ProOne sales organization and its responsible leaders to establish a repeatable, data-driven operating foundation.
