Senior Director, Head of Visa Commercial Solutions and Visa Government Solutions

The role leads Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) and Visa Government Solutions (VGS) for the Japan, Korea and Mongolia cluster. It develops and deploys multi-year strategies, executes market sales plans, meets volume, revenue and market-share targets, and delivers key initiatives across the business portfolios.

Responsibilities include managing a team that delivers business plans, drives new revenue, identifies client needs and deploys VCS solutions. The role leads client engagements with sales teams, expands solutions across segments, develops partnerships, scales new business models, and delivers market-relevant solutions for large corporates, small businesses, middle-market enterprises, fintechs and governments.

The position works with local, regional and global leadership and product teams to support solution design and execution. It sets joint objectives and supports performance targets based on a strategic plan developed with Asia Pacific VCS leadership. Client engagement includes senior management on the corporate, treasury, commercial cards and business banking sides. The role also develops industry-specific vertical solutions and VCS services.

For VGS, the role develops and deploys the government-solutions strategy for the cluster, identifies opportunities for Visa to participate in, and executes multi-year net-revenue initiatives.

The role is part of the global Commercial and Money Movement Solutions team, which manages payment flows and solutions across Visa Commercial Solutions, Visa Government Solutions, Visa Direct and Visa Cross-Border Solutions. The team collaborates with product, marketing, legal, finance, technology, risk, people, operations, client-services and communications functions.
