The work includes supporting companies that have already introduced defined-contribution plans by reviewing plan systems and product lineups, proposing continuing education, and helping increase participant engagement.

Responsibilities include responding to corporate opportunities, supporting implementation, and coordinating with related internal departments.

The role also plans, creates, and improves participant-facing websites, seminars, videos, and explanatory materials. Examples include proposing investment product lineup revisions and continuing education programs tailored to participants’ life stages, as well as supporting seminars for executives and employees considering workplace savings NISA.

Applicants should have broad financial knowledge and experience. People with limited practical experience may also be considered if they are interested in asset building and corporate proposals and are willing to learn relevant systems independently. The position requires the ability to build relationships with listed and unlisted corporate clients, negotiate and make proposals, and coordinate smoothly with internal departments.

Required skills include the ability to create client proposal documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The PC level includes general document creation in Word, tables, arithmetic and simple functions in Excel, and business-document creation in PowerPoint with image insertion and diagram adjustment.

The position is a permanent employee role in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The scope of workplace changes may include locations where telework is performed.
