Depending on experience, responsibilities may extend into tax (quarterly tax calculations, tax filings, cross-border tax structuring for overseas expansion, M&A and reorganization structuring) and finance (receivables collection, group-wide cash efficiency and financing review). Candidates need at least 3 years of monthly/annual closing experience at an operating company, Nissho Bookkeeping Grade 2 or equivalent accounting knowledge, 3+ years at a tax/accounting firm, or 3+ years of audit experience at an audit firm. Employment is full-time. The role is based at Shibuya Scramble Square, Tokyo, with remote work available 2 days per week. Working hours are 10:00-19:00 (8-hour workday), with a discretionary labor system applied depending on role and experience. Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.
