Required qualifications are financial analysis ability, basic PC skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and communication and negotiation skills. Experience as an analyst at a financial institution or rating agency, or experience reviewing large companies at a financial institution, is also preferred.
The position is based in Tokyo. The employment contract has no fixed term, with individual treatment potentially offered depending on experience. The probationary period is six months with the same salary. Standard working hours are 8:40 to 17:10, including 7.5 scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break; flextime may apply depending on the department. Work outside regular hours and on holidays may be required.
