The Deployment Strategist works directly with pharmaceutical companies, including marketing, medical, and clinical development teams, to identify the underlying management challenges behind client requests. The role defines agendas and proposal requirements at the intersection of client needs and the organization’s platform, data, and AI capabilities.
The position designs and implements solutions using generative AI and data in collaboration with engineers, data scientists, marketers, and alliance teams. Responsibilities include working directly with data, building and validating prototypes, managing client and stakeholder expectations, completing delivery, and connecting results to future business opportunities.
The role also abstracts lessons from individual engagements into reusable methods, shares them across the organization, identifies elements suitable for productization, and provides feedback to product teams. Work combines two days per week in the office with remote work.
