This Strategic Alliance Specialist sits in Ubie’s Accelerator Division, using the company’s consumer health-behavior data and medical-institution network to create high-impact partnerships for its healthtech business. Target sectors include telecommunications, mobility, distribution, finance and payments, insurance, and local government.
It analyzes industry structure, competitors, and regulation; identifies decision-makers; and builds proposals linked to a partner’s management issues and mid-term plan. It drives negotiations through business-partnership, joint-business, or data-linkage contracts, designing revenue sharing, data handling, joint development, exclusivity, and possible capital relationships. The role coordinates legal, finance, product, and business teams through initial launch, using the internal AI platform, Notion AI, and Claude for research and documents.
The expected profile is an individual contributor who defines opportunities independently, negotiates with executives, and closes a small number of major alliances through to an executable agreement.
