Preferred qualifications include strong business communication skills in facilitation, presentation, and negotiation; strong logical thinking; experience delivering AI, DX, data-utilization, or other digital projects; experience identifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing management or business issues with executives or business-unit heads at large companies; and at least one promotion in a strategy or general consulting firm.

This is a full-time position with a six-month probationary period from the start date, under the company’s employment rules, with no change to salary or benefits during probation. Annual compensation is determined based on experience, ability, and previous salary, with performance-based bonuses paid twice a year. Working hours use a super-flex system from 5:00 to 22:00 with no core time and eight scheduled hours per day. The workplace is in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and remote work is possible. Case and final interviews are generally conducted in person.
