This is a senior product-management leadership role for the Japan custody franchise within the Custody business. The Country Head owns the franchise and supports cross-cluster initiatives with the Japan, Asia North & Australia Custody Head. The remit covers product strategy, development, financial performance, risk and control.
It owns product P&L, revenue, profitability, returns, plan and balance sheet; sets the custody roadmap; leads launches, differentiation and innovation; and oversees delivery, client experience and lifecycle management. The role coordinates with global partners, Operations and Technology on improvements and transformations, and leads regulatory reviews, governance, resilience exercises and market intelligence.
