About this role
The role supports the HR Platform Department and its Business Platform Section in transforming HR operations through technology use, process reform, and operational excellence. The position designs a new operating model for a business company and leads its implementation through negotiation and collaboration with relevant departments.
Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing HR processes across recruiting, placement, evaluation, development, and other annual activities; organizing and visualizing current issues and inefficiencies; interviewing HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, business divisions, and other stakeholders; structuring identified issues; and designing target-state HR processes. The role also leads the review and redesign of processes with HRBP, CoE, shared services, and IT departments, builds agreement among stakeholders, coordinates execution, and guides the new processes through implementation and establishment.
Required experience includes business-process reform or improvement in the HR field, an understanding of HR operations as a whole, experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders, and experience handling work consistently from issue definition through execution and adoption. Experience redesigning work between shared services, CoE, and HRBP functions; HR-related BPR, PMO, or consulting experience; and experience using data and tool implementation as means of improvement are welcomed.
The HR Platform Department has fewer than 10 members. Many members joined mid-career or have experience in other occupational fields, and the department works with members of the HR and General Affairs Headquarters in a cooperative environment.
