Preferred experience includes HR work in the internet industry or at a large venture company, practical experience during the expansion of an organization of 100 or more people or during organizational integration, project management experience, and experience in corporate functions beyond recruiting and organizational development. The posting seeks people who can act proactively on business growth, identify fundamental issues, create new initiatives, communicate respectfully and sincerely, and pursue broader responsibilities beyond HR.
