Inside Sales / BDR

The Inside Sales/BDR role for the ProOne business is responsible for developing customers among enterprise companies in the renovation and equipment-construction sectors. Day-to-day work includes selecting and analyzing target companies, planning outreach strategies, creating sales opportunities with executive-level contacts, responding to inquiries from various channels, and passing leads obtained by external partners to the appropriate sales process. The role is focused on strategic approaches that maximize revenue rather than simply increasing the number of appointments. The scope of duties may change to other work designated by the company.

The only mandatory qualification listed is basic business etiquette. Preferred experience includes negotiating with executives at enterprise companies, achieving new business with enterprise customers, working for a SaaS startup, logically developing conclusions from hypotheses, communicating effectively, and communicating the value of an intangible offering to corporate customers. The desired profile includes ownership, a strong commitment to achieving goals, persistence, openness to learning in a new environment, flexible thinking, logical problem-solving, and the ability to address issues independently.

ProOne is described as a vertical SaaS product for the short-term construction market and field-service industries such as renovation and equipment installation. Its functions cover sales, construction management, and back-office operations, providing an overall workflow system rather than optimizing only one part of the business. Customers can customize the SaaS for detailed operational requirements without separate custom development for each company. The broader business also develops and operates MeetsMore and Hatchu services.

The position is full-time.

The work location is in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
