Labor Relations Specialist (Certified Social Insurance and Labor Consultant)

Newmo is a startup working toward sustainable regional transportation and new forms of local mobility, with a focus on the taxi industry and the potential of local communities. The company is expanding its business foundation and organization through partnerships and mergers and acquisitions. As employee numbers grow, the corporate division plans to invest in using AI to improve operations.

The labor relations specialist will carry out labor-related work directly. Responsibilities include labor due diligence for M&A transactions and practical PMI work, as well as regular labor operations for the Newmo group. Regular operations include attendance management, payroll calculation, and procedures for joining and leaving the company.

The role will review and visualize existing labor processes, identify issues, and plan and implement improvements using AI tools such as generative AI, RPA, and SaaS tools. It will also structure internal labor knowledge for AI use, including FAQs and chatbots, and standardize and automate labor-related documents and workflows.

The specialist will promote operational improvement projects in coordination with each department. The role also includes establishing rules and guidelines for the use of AI in the labor relations area. Candidates are expected to have labor-relations knowledge and practical experience and to be willing to work on applying AI.
