Physician Recruitment Headhunting Team

This role supports the launch and expansion of a physician recruitment function within a clinic digital transformation business. The position is responsible for researching physicians by geographic area and medical specialty, conducting meetings with physicians, building candidate motivation, and closing recruitment processes.

The role also includes managing recruitment progress, monitoring KPIs, improving performance based on those KPIs, and accumulating and sharing area information and recruitment knowledge. The position is expected to develop repeatable approaches to physician hiring from creating candidate contacts through hiring decisions while testing different recruitment methods and working closely with performance data.

The role is in a start-up phase for the recruitment function. It offers experience in physician recruitment sales, KPI design and improvement, and the opportunity to progress to a chief position or become a core member of the recruitment function depending on results.

Work can be performed in a hybrid arrangement combining office work and remote work from home. Depending on the employee’s residence, the office may be in Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo, or Nagoya, Nishi-ku, Aichi Prefecture.
