Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, using workforce insights to guide organization design, talent development, succession, engagement, change management, and performance.
Serve as an HR Business Partner and trusted adviser to senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization. Provide coaching, data-driven insights, and strategic counsel on business, organizational, talent, and workforce challenges.

Contribute to organizational development through succession strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and change management processes. Work with Talent Development to identify and develop key talent and provide experiences that support development and retention. Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to address performance issues, provide effective feedback, and support employee development and differentiated performance.
The role requires 10 or more years of HR experience, including experience serving as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization. Strong business insight is required, including the ability to connect people strategies with company priorities.
