The position builds a cross-company recruiting portfolio strategy aligned with each business unit's roadmap and long-term talent pooling, and works with internal product teams and global engineering teams to define requirements for AI-assisted screening and interviewer-support tools. Other responsibilities include redesigning recruiting processes and shared structures across departments, updating employer branding and candidate experience, and structuring recruiting-market and internal organizational data to support decisions by HRBP teams and leadership. Candidates need at least 2 years' experience (1+ year if multiple areas apply) in one of: structural-reform/project leadership at a consulting firm, cross-departmental PM work in a corporate planning role, leading recruiting-process modernization at a growth company, or a track record in HR/recruiting management or as a lead player. Preferred: experience modernizing recruiting with data/IT/AI tools, HRBP experience, HR experience during growth from 500 to 1000+ employees, or work across multiple HR functions. Employment is full-time with flextime and hybrid work (minimum 2 office days/week, 3+ recommended), based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, with an annual salary of 8,000,000-12,000,000 yen plus a performance-based bonus.
