PMO (Leader Candidate)

This is a full-time PMO (leader candidate) position within the company's consulting and solutions division, based in Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The PMO supports DX/AI transformation projects for major client organizations, working under a project manager to identify what a project needs to move forward, organize the key issues, and mobilize stakeholders. The scope spans DX/AI strategy formulation through execution and adoption support, system-implementation projects, and the operation of year-round training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities begin as a support member and gradually expand toward leading the PMO. They include: assisting with project planning and schedule creation and updates in coordination with the PM; visualizing task and issue progress and flagging delay risks early; preparing and running regular meetings and following up on minutes; and coordinating information flow between stakeholders. The role also involves organizing and structuring documents, issues, and discussion points—consolidating information for decision-making, prioritizing scattered issues, and preparing draft materials—as well as supporting the planning and operational management of training programs, tracking attendance and operational issues, and coordinating between instructors, staff, and participants. The team makes active use of AI tools and the company's own AI platform to handle routine tasks such as compiling minutes and organizing documents, allowing members to focus on issue analysis and stakeholder dialogue. The position is designed for candidates to learn under experienced PMs and leaders and grow into a role that leads projects.
