Serve as the CEO's counterpart to formulate corporate strategy based on external and internal factors and develop medium-term plans. Develop business strategies and plans, including one- to three-year P/L-centered simulations, and propose company-wide resource allocation and portfolio optimization.
Drive execution by breaking strategy down into operational plans, directly engaging with product and sales teams as needed, identifying bottlenecks, and establishing sustainable operating and process-improvement mechanisms. Provide management-level recommendations and decision-making support to executives.
Required experience includes corporate strategy formulation and execution support at a consulting firm, including PMO experience, or corporate planning experience leading market and competitive analysis through portfolio strategy development at an IT, platform, or SaaS company.
