About this role
The recruiter will act as a recruitment project manager, advancing approximately four positions in parallel. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks in candidate pipelines, designing and executing responses, and coordinating recruitment progress across multiple openings.
The role works with business-side stakeholders to clarify hiring requirements. It involves structuring unclear requests into issues, reassessing MUST and WANT criteria, redefining requirements based on the desired medium-term business and organizational state, and reaching agreement with the relevant stakeholders.
Candidate engagement is also part of the role. The recruiter explores candidates’ motivations and concerns, develops hypotheses about effective messaging, tests those hypotheses, and adjusts the approach to support informed decision-making.
Effective appeal points and evaluation perspectives are to be converted into interview designs, evaluation standards, talk scripts, and post-interview feedback. These materials are then handed to interviewers and established as repeatable practices rather than remaining dependent on one recruiter’s individual approach.
The current recruitment team has three members handling more than 30 position recruitments per year while also managing area-specific planning and HRBP responsibilities. The position addresses a structure in which planning and organizational support can otherwise be delayed. AI is already used for tasks such as document screening and scout-message generation, allowing time to be allocated to recruitment design and validation. A pattern library and AI tools are available for building and testing repeatable recruitment methods.
At the time of hiring, the work location is the company’s offices and other locations designated by the company. The listed headquarters address is 1-20-18 Ebisu, Shibuya, Tokyo, in San Tomi Building, 4th floor.
