The work is based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Hybrid work combining office attendance and remote work is standard, with office attendance approximately three days per week. Domestic business trips occur approximately one to two times per month. Standard working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with a flextime system and no core hours; overtime may occur. The employment is full-time and permanent. The annual salary is approximately 7.1 million to 14.8 million yen. The probationary period is generally three months from the start date.
